| Escorted Tower Tours | Back to Information Portal | |
 |
| www.bristol-airfield.co.uk in association
with Bristol International Airport will soon be able to offer Aviation Enthusiasts the oppertunity
to participate in guided tours of Bristol International
Airport's modern Air Traffic Control Tower shown above. These
unique tours will give you the oppertunity to see the Air
Traffic Controllers in action in their everyday duties
when it comes to managing both aircraft and operations
both on the ground and in the air. You will be taken round
the tower by a tour guide who will explain about what your observing and
the operations and tasks involved with Air Traffic Control
management. You will be given the oppertunity to see the VCR (Visual Control Room) and the Radar Approach room.
We are in the process of setting up the facilities for these exciting tours. When the tours are launched, the launch will appear on the Latest News section of the www.bristol-airfield.co.uk homepage as well as on this page.
